Residential Design
Designing your custom home should feel clear, streamlined, and intentional. Here’s how we bring your vision to life:
Phase One: Schematic Design
We begin with a site visit and develop the foundational concept—initial site plan, floor plan concepts, exterior vision, and a front elevation sketch.
Phase Two: Design Development
We refine the design by detailing floor plans, cabinetry, windows and doors, materials, and full exterior elevations with 3D renderings.
Phase Three: Construction Documents
We create the complete, code-compliant construction document set your builder needs for bidding, permitting, and construction. Voila, your home is ready to be built!
Timeline: Typically 2–3 months from the start of design.
Interior Design
As an optional upgrade to our services, we offer Interior Design. Our two upgrade packages, Interiors and Selections, offer everything you need to create a cohesive space that’s suited to your home’s design and your personal style.

Description text goes hereThis package includes electrical plans and interior elevations. Electrical plans show the location of lighting, fans, switches, outlets, and TV hookups. Interior elevations illustrate walls with cabinetry, built-ins, fireplaces, staircases, and other unique architectural features. Additional elevations, such as wall tile layouts or trim/feature walls, can be provided upon request.

This upgrade includes design and coordination of all selections and finishes throughout the home. We start with mood boards for the main rooms to create a cohesive theme. Once approved, we source and organize all finishes including appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, plumbing, trim and more into a comprehensive spreadsheet.
Landscape Design
The Landscape Design Package includes the design, planning, and coordination of outdoor spaces such as hardscapes, decks, pools, water features, fireplaces, and plantings. The process includes three phases: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
During Schematic Design, we create 2-3 concept boards to establish the look and feel of your outdoor spaces. Submittals are delivered digitally, and we will review them together to keep the project on track.

Construction Support
