Custom Home Design
Designing your custom home should feel clear, streamlined, and intentional. Here’s how we bring your vision to life:
Phase One: Schematic Design
We begin with a site visit and develop the foundational concept—initial site plan, floor plan concepts, exterior vision, and a front elevation sketch.
Phase Two: Design Development
We refine the design by detailing floor plans, cabinetry, windows and doors, materials, and full exterior elevations with 3D renderings.
Phase Three: Construction Documents
We create the complete, code-compliant construction document set your builder needs for bidding, permitting, and construction. Voila, your home is ready to be built!
Add-On Services

A complete electrical plan showing all lighting, switches, outlets, TV connections, and required safety devices for code compliance.

Interior drawings that show detailed views and dimensions of key spaces so that cabinetry, built-ins, fireplaces, stairs, and special design features are built exactly as planned.
Timeline: Typically 3-4 months from the start of design to final construction documents.

Construction Support
During construction, we provide ongoing support to help guide the project from start to finish. Acting as your advocate, we monitor progress, identify potential issues, review billing, assist with keeping the project on budget, and keep you informed, so you can relax and watch your house be built.
Support is available on a weekly, monthly or milestones basis and includes site visits, progress reports, and coordination with the vendors and project team.
